In honour of Mental Health Awareness week (18-24 May) Maidstone and Mid Kent mind have put together 10 tips for looking after your Mental Health during Covid-19: 

  1. Take the time to appreciate outdoor spaces if you can
  2. Remember the benefits that home exercising can have
  3. Keep in touch with friends and family
  4. Look after your physical health
  5. Make sure to take time to relax
  6. Make sure you are getting enough sleep
  7. Try new activities to keep yourself occupied
  8. Try to reduce your exposure to triggering content
  9. Set an alarm for a sense of routine
  10. Think about the things that make you feel good
