We are beginning to offer a limited number of face-to-face sessions for people who feel as though they would benefit from in-person Counselling support.
These sessions are extremely limited, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. By facilitating a limited number face-to-face sessions, we are able to ensure that strict measures are in place to enable you to access Counselling in a COVID-Secure manner. We hope that by having these measures in place, we will enable people to access support in confidence.
For more details on how you can access face-to-face counselling support, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

Mid Kent Mind have been funded by Golding Homes to offer a free Mindfulness programme for adults and young people in Maidstone and the surrounding areas – known as ‘Mindfulness and Me’. The programme focusses on teaching individuals more about mindfulness – and how they can acknowledge and accept their thoughts, feelings and body sensations in positive ways.
The course is designed to help people to understand how Mindfulness can be a beneficial tool when it comes to building emotional resilience – helping people to manage their mental health proactively so that they can prevent themselves from experiencing periods of mental ill health. For more details, you can visit the Mid Kent Mind website.
