Alzheimer’s Society Continued Support

At Alzheimer’s Society we continue to support people who attended our Cafes and Groups by telephone and are still open for Dementia Support referrals.

Our offices are temporarily closed, so the best number to call is our national Dementia Connect helpline on 0333 150 3456 and local email addresses: westkent@alzheimers.org.uk and  maidstone@alzheimers.org.uk

Virtual Singing Group – Dementia Support Services

Due to overwhelming demand we are delighted to offer another weekly Virtual Singing Back The Memories group! The group will take place every Thursday at 2:30pm, commencing Thursday 9th July. This is being delivered via Zoom so please make sure you are logged on 10-15 minutes prior to the session starting.

Alzheimer’s Society Singing for the Brain Online or by Phone 

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are sadly unable to come together end enjoy our singing sessions in person. So, we are offering a virtual Singing for the Brain service –  either over the internet using Zoom or over the phone (Ring and Sing).

If you are not a group member or do not have contact details, you can search our dementia directory by adding your location and searching activities and social groups. If you can’t find a local service please call our support line on 0333 150 3456 or search for your local office.
