FREE Life Skills Courses Starting February 16th

Mid Kent Mind have new spaces available on our Life Skills courses – delivered in partnership with our colleagues at West Kent Mind, and funded generously thanks to Livewell Kent.
 
Life Skills is a 5-week virtual psychoeducational course designed to help you challenge unhelpful thinking and behaviour, whilst also empowering you to make positive changes to your life. The course looks at a range of areas – including a better understanding of anxiety and depression, how we can challenge unhelpful thinking, and also how we can manage our mood and behaviour positively.
